CHEESY Parmesan Meatballs // QUICK DINNER RECIPE

CHEESY Parmesan Meatballs

  • 1-2lbs of ground meat (turkey, chicken, pork, what ever your choice is)
  • 2tsp Onion Powder
  • 2tsp Chilli Powder
  • 2-4tsp Garlic Powder (amount depends on your preferred taste)
  • 1/2tsp Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 1/2tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2tsp Cayenne pepper (depending on your taste preferences, can add or remove)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Three Cheese Blend
  • Approx 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese on top (your choice of which cheese)
  • Light Sprinkle of Basil
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F, and lightly spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Mash up ground meat, and add in all spices (onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and cayenne pepper)
  3. Mix until thoroughly blended
  4. Add in egg, and thoroughly mix
  5. Add in 1 cup grated Parmesan and 1/2 grated three cheese blend
  6. Roll into balls (makes approx 10-12 meatballs), and place in casserole dish
  7. Top with approx 1 cup Marinara Sauce, until lightly covered
  8. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheese on top, and lightly sprinkle with Basil
  9. Serve over top of rice or pasta and pair it with a nice side salad. Then ENJOY!
