CHEESY Parmesan Meatballs
- 1-2lbs of ground meat (turkey, chicken, pork, what ever your choice is)
- 2tsp Onion Powder
- 2tsp Chilli Powder
- 2-4tsp Garlic Powder (amount depends on your preferred taste)
- 1/2tsp Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1/2tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2tsp Cayenne pepper (depending on your taste preferences, can add or remove)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated Three Cheese Blend
- Approx 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Grated Cheese on top (your choice of which cheese)
- Light Sprinkle of Basil
- Preheat oven to 400°F, and lightly spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray
- Mash up ground meat, and add in all spices (onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and cayenne pepper)
- Mix until thoroughly blended
- Add in egg, and thoroughly mix
- Add in 1 cup grated Parmesan and 1/2 grated three cheese blend
- Roll into balls (makes approx 10-12 meatballs), and place in casserole dish
- Top with approx 1 cup Marinara Sauce, until lightly covered
- Sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheese on top, and lightly sprinkle with Basil
- Serve over top of rice or pasta and pair it with a nice side salad. Then ENJOY!
