DUMP & GO – PEANUT BUTTER CHICKEN
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar (or substitute for Rice Vinegar)
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 Cups chicken broth (can use more or less depending on preference)
- 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
- Red & Yellow Pepper
- 1/2 an Onion
- Beans, Carrots, or any other vegetable or frozen vegetable you want to add
- Place Chicken Breasts in the slow cooker
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Honey, and Lime Juice
- Once well mixed, mix in the Chicken Broth until evenly chunky
- Mince up garlic, dice up onion and peppers, then add on top and around the chicken breasts
- Throw in beans, carrots, or any other vegetable you want to add on or around the chicken to slow cook
- Serve over top of rice and/or mixed greens, make sure you use some of the peanut butter sauce on top of your chicken, and ENJOY!
