Slow Cooker DUMP & GO – Peanut Butter Chicken

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar (or substitute for Rice Vinegar)
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Cups chicken broth (can use more or less depending on preference)
  • 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • Red & Yellow Pepper
  • 1/2 an Onion
  • Beans, Carrots, or any other vegetable or frozen vegetable you want to add
  1. Place Chicken Breasts in the slow cooker
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Honey, and Lime Juice
  3. Once well mixed, mix in the Chicken Broth until evenly chunky
  4. Mince up garlic, dice up onion and peppers, then add on top and around the chicken breasts
  5. Throw in beans, carrots, or any other vegetable you want to add on or around the chicken to slow cook
  6. Serve over top of rice and/or mixed greens, make sure you use some of the peanut butter sauce on top of your chicken, and ENJOY!
